Tiff Fax Viewer App Reviews

Regrettably this application does not work very well. The support help desk was very responsive but I have been unable to get this to work correctly. I would not be able to recommend this application to others.

This app is very good you can save a tiff file as a PDF or JPEG but it doesnt have a delete file option.

No way to open tiffs sent as email attachment.

Waste of money. Does not work. I rarely review apps, but am making an exception for this one to warn people to STAY AWAY.

I installed this app and tried to open a TIFF file from an email attachment by sending the file to this application. It crashed on load and always does so. Look elsewhere until this gets fixed.

Half an app. While is good to see complete tiffs that is almost all you can use it for since you cant convert the tiff to pdf as promised by developer.

I cannot view the tiff files at all. This just doesnt work.

When I travel, my job often requires me to review documents that are in multi-page TIFF format (dont ask why). Until I found this app, I simply couldnt do that work using my iPad. Altho the apps name implies its for faxes, it works with any TIFF image, and it works perfectly. Save the image in Photos, and then open it in the app...swipe to scroll through the pages, or use the arrows in the app. Zoom in/out with the usual pinch gesture. Havent found any problems or issues at all. I dont know why Apple hasnt provided this capability in iOS 7, but this app does the trick.

App does see multi-pages but all pages are black. Thumbs down! Developer needs to fix. Using 7.0.6

Before having this app, it was impossible to view multi-page faxes. Its easy and effective and I couldnt conduct my business without it.

My coworker has an iPhone 4 and I have the iPhone 5 with current iOS downloaded. 2 -3 weeks ago her phone app worked for 2-3 days of purchase and then stopped working completely. She gave up on this app and purchased a new one. I didnt have problem until 1-2 days later. This app has not worked for 2 weeks and I am unable to review 95% of my tiff faxes. I see smaller documents by saving image and reviewing in app but anything greater than 4-5 pages causes app to freeze and I am back at my home page. Ive reported this to apple iPhone app support, I liked program before this issue. Doesnt seem like Im alone in this issue and I dont understand why this hasnt been fixed and dont know if its worth waiting out.

Works great if your files are small. If you have lots of pages though, it will most likely crash when saving to a PDF. Otherwise, this is a great app.

The app doesnt work. I wish Apple Store would just remove it. Such a waste of money. I feel like a fool.

Dont waste money on this junk. Hangs and crashes.
